Group coaching is great when you are looking for tools and strategies that you can take away and implement yourself.
As group coaching is in a group environment you get an opportunity to meet other people, and you also get the opportunity to hear the questions and conversations that other people who are working through something similar, may ask.
Group coaching is great if you are not looking for one-to-one support as you have already got some idea of what you are looking to achieve and need that support or those strategies to be able to do it.
The benefits of group coaching are that you can come away from a one-hour session with lots of hints tips and advice, also that you've spent an hour with other people who are working through similar goals so you get that opportunity to hear questions that they may ask so you can come away with the information that is relevant to you and what you are working towards.
It is a safe environment if you wanted to share your experiences, but there is no pressure for you to do that.
