I’m Zoe, a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coach and I am the voice in your ear that tells you that you can!
I too was in this situation. Unhealthy both physically and emotionally.
I knew I was capable of so much more but had lost confidence and the self esteem to make the changes I wanted to make.
Every day was about survival.
Summer 2005 was my catalyst to change. I forced myself on a journey of physical and mental healing and growth.
I rose from the ashes and became a stronger, more powerful version of myself.
I lived it
I learned and studied it.
Now I am helping others to rise from survival mode, to a life they can thrive in.

Zoe Thompson is a lifestyle and wellbeing coach working with clients both online and in person to help them make profound and lasting change, unlocking minds and lives so that they can live the life they want, with confidence!
An NLP Master Practitioner (INLPTA) with over 10 years of coaching and mentoring experience Zoe also has additional qualifications in weight management and diet and nutrition.
Zoe worked for 20 years in the public sector working her way up to Senior Management level and has been a member of CMI with a Level 6 Certificate in Management and Leadership.
A licensed 'Springboard Consultancy' self development trainer she has delivered the programme to over 300 women including a bespoke programme to women who are domestic abuse survivors.
Zoe is a licensed Level 3 AEaT trainer and has a DBS certificate which enables her to deliver her bespoke self-development programmes to all age groups. She is particularly passionate about working with charities, small businesses and young people.
Zoe was featured by Redbull TV who followed her Strongwoman competitive journey, has appeared on Radio Bristol and is often asked to tell her story as a guest speaker.

I love watching basketball and I am a part of the local club which includes being a table official, being part of the game night team and cooking for the team on away days!
I make a mean chicken curry!
I love to be active, in particular strength and conditioning training, anything that pushes me out of my comfort zone. You will currently find me in spin, the gym or a variety of classes.
In 2016, I placed 2nd in Britain’s Strongest Woman and 9th in Europe’s Strongest Woman Competitions.
For 2 years I was a competitive Strongwoman and one of my favourite events was the car deadlift.
