Group Self-Development  Programmes


Group programmes are specifically designed for busy people who usually put everyone else first.  


These two programmes are proven to help you focus on yourself, around your other priorities, and give you the tools to make life better, in a supportive space to focus on who you are, and what you want from life. 

There are two programmes to choose from. 

'Thrive' focuses on improving your wellbeing, and 'Rise' has a focus on the life tools and skills that are the golden thread to a fulfilled life. 

  • You are ready to challenge yourself to make some changes, to live the life you choose 

  • You enjoy learning in an informal and friendly environment

  • You are ready to spend some time focusing on yourself to benefit yourself and those around you

Programmes are structured, interactive and online, covering a full range of activities, discussions, information and support so that you can learn and spend time working on who you want to be so that you can live the life you want. 

The group environment will provide you with a safe space to share your journey with like-minded people and the group forum will remain open for you to continue your journey together.

Each week includes an activity worksheet, an interactive group workshop and coaching support. 


Whilst the programme is structured, it is tailored to those who sign up.  All topics will benefit both personal and professional areas of your life.

By the end of each programme, you will have clarity, confidence and the tools and skills you need, to live the life you have always wanted.
