Let me introduce you to 'Client N'.

Life Coaching Case Study -  Phoenix Life and Wellbeing Coaching

Client 'N' came to me as a 'busy' business owner, who wanted to make better use of the time she had for her business.


She had been working with a Business Coach and had an excellent business model and structure in place, however, she was struggling with putting everything into action.


She knew she had a good concept, and she loved the nature of her work, yet was finding it hard to define why she was unable to make progress and take action.


In the initial 'Clarity call' I listened to her describe how she saw the situation. We then talked about the impact it was having, and what her worries were if things continued in the same way.


Client 'N' knew that things needed to change and she was ready to 'roll her sleeves up' and start to turn things around. She knew she needed support, guidance and accountability to make it happen.


I worked with Client 'N' for 6 sessions.

During those 6 Coaching sessions we looked at the following areas:

  • Time Management

  • Organisation

  • Defining Priorities

  • Structure and Routine

  • Self Limiting Beliefs & Mindset

Whilst each topic is vast, we were able to drill down into what specifically was the issue and how she wanted things to be. This mapped out the current situation 'A' and the desired situation 'B'. We were then able to determine tools and frameworks that would help her get from 'A' to 'B'.


We looked at strategies to help her take action. We also looked at the habits, behaviours and ways of thinking that had been holding her back for so long, and not just in business, in other areas of her life too.


Combining the practical strategies and tools to take action, with enabling beliefs and a positive mindset was a powerful combination.


Not only did Client 'N' make significant changes to her ways of working, but she also made significant changes to improve her way of thinking, the way she approached situations, and how she responded to challenges both in business, and life.


In just 6 sessions we were able to identify and remove the blockers, reset some ways of thinking and responding that were not helping and embed changes that brought the desired results.


In 6 sessions Client 'N' moved from 'A' to 'B'


Her business and her life improved significantly. The changes remain in place to this day!
