About Zoe Thompson, Phoenix Life and Wellbeing Coaching

Updated: Dec 28, 2020

My name is Zoe Thompson and I am a Coach based in the U.K.

I haven’t always been a Coach, for 20 years I worked in a variety of civilian roles with the local police force. Alongside my contracted roles I was also a coach and mentor and then in 2014 became a Self-Development Trainer.

This was where I really found my passion. Helping people see their full potential and then giving support and guidance to help them develop and achieve their goals.

In 2017 after finding out I was being made redundant I made the decision to combine the Coaching, Mentoring and Training skills as well as my own personal experiences to help people, and so Phoenix Coaching was born.

When you have overcome your own adversity it can help you to understand, without judgment, and be able to build trust and rapport with those who you work with.

My life hasn’t always been this way, I have fought, and overcome mental, physical and emotional challenges. I didn’t want to just ‘overcome’. I wanted the use my experiences to find out what I was truly capable of.

I remember what it is like to live a life that feels like it is happening ‘to you’. To feel stuck, and like you are deserving of so much more. I felt like a bird trapped in a cage.

Forcing my way out of that cage was not easy, it took time, it took effort and I had to keep evolving to keep myself moving forward.

It wasn’t easy but it was worth it to finally spread my wings and fly high!

Maybe this sounds similar to you and the journey you are on?

If you would like to talk, then I would love to listen. Please do feel free to book in a call so that we can talk through how coaching might help you spread your wings and fly.
