Helping you become the best version of yourself
Mentally - Physically - Emotionally
This structured and interactive Online Programme will cover a full range of activities, discussions, information and support so that you can learn about yourself, spend time working on you and who you want to be so that you can live the life you want.
The entire programme is online and activities can be watched and completed when it is convenient to you. The group environment will provide you with a safe space to share your journey with like minded people. On completion of the programme the group will remain open for you to continue your journey together.
We will spend a month on each of the following areas;
Mental, Physical and Emotional.
Each week I will give you information, a challenge to change what you have previously done and coaching support to make those changes.
Whilst the programme is structured it is bespoke to those on the programme so will be tailored to those who sign up.

Nutrition – 'Challenge to change'
Our Relationship with Food
Sleep and Rest
Our Relationship with our self and others
Our values and purpose
Manging our emotions
Managing change (including mindfulness)
