12 Week Online Programme

Helping you become the best version of yourself 
Mentally - Physically - Emotionally

Specifically designed for busy people who usually put everyone else first, the programme is proven to help you focus on yourself, around your other priorities, and give you the tools to make life better, in a supportive space to focus on who you are, and what you want from life. 

This structured and interactive online programme will cover a full range of activities, discussions, information and support so that you can learn about yourself, spend time working on you and who you want to be, so that you can live the life you want. 

The entire programme is online, and activities can be watched and completed when it is convenient for you.  The group environment will provide you with a safe space to share your journey with like-minded people.  

On completion of the programme, the group will remain open for you to continue your journey together.

We will spend a month on each of the following areas;

Mental, Physical and Emotional.

Each week I will give you information, a challenge to change what you have previously done and coaching support to make those changes.


Whilst the programme is structured it is bespoke to those on the programme so will be tailored to those who sign up.

  • Communication


  • The Benefits of Physical Activity

  • Nutrition – 'Challenge to Change'

  • Our Relationship with Food

  • Sleep and Rest

  • Our Values and Purpose

  • Managing our Emotions and our Response

  • Managing Change  (including Mindfulness)


All of these will benefit both personal and professional areas of your life.

By the end of the programme, you will have clarity, confidence and the tools and skills you need to live the life you have always wanted.
