Are you able to slow down or is your head hitting the pillow at full speed?

What could be different if you slowed down a little and had more sleep?

In this workshop, we will cover the impact of sleep - and lack of it.  We will cover hints, tips and advice on how you can increase rest and sleep and how you can make small changes that will have a significant impact.

You will come away from the workshop with at least one step of action to implement.
