Most people have a pretty good idea about what to eat more of, and what to eat less of and yet changing our eating habits is one of the most challenging habits to change.
In this workshop, we will explore the power of your relationship and beliefs about food and drink and how this drives your thoughts, feelings and behaviours with eating and drinking.
By the end of the workshop, you will have an increased understanding of your past/present relationship and beliefs with food and drink, an idea of what you want your new relationship and beliefs to be and a next step to take you in that direction.Â
