About the event

Loneliness arises when the quantity and quality of social relationships fall short of our needs; you can feel lonely when you’re not alone – but you can also be alone but not lonely.

Join us for a 45-minute workshop as we explore how to make meaningful connections.  Understand your values and how these tie in with your relationships and how to spend time alone without that feeling of being lonely.

  • Connect
  • Confidence
  • Comfort zone
  • Communicate
  • Challenge yourself to make a change

I will remain in the room for 15 minutes after the workshop has finished to answer questions.

A pdf handout will be available for those who request it.
